This Privacy Policy applies to the AtoZ Shift Helper Chrome extension, the qwicktry.com website, and any communications between you and us.
AtoZ Shift Helper is designed to collect the absolute minimum. Almost everything stays on your device.
The following data is saved to Chrome's local extension storage on your device. It never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

When the extension is running, it communicates directly with Amazon's AtoZ scheduling platform on your behalf — the same platform you use when you log in normally. This is how it reads available opportunities and, with your settings, claims VET / READY shifts or accepts VTO for you. This includes:

AtoZ Shift Helper does not communicate with any Qwicktry server. We do not operate a backend, database, or verification service for this extension. No data is ever sent to us.
The qwicktry.com website does not use tracking cookies, analytics services (such as Google Analytics), or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not collect information about visitors to our website.
If you contact us at support@qwicktry.com, we receive and store your email address and message content solely to respond to you. We do not share this with third parties and retain support emails only as long as necessary to resolve your issue.
From version 3.4.5, when you remove the extension, Chrome opens a short feedback form hosted on Google Forms. Answering is optional. The extension itself sends nothing — the form's link only carries the extension's version number. If you submit the form, we receive your answers and that version number. We don't receive your email address unless you choose to type it in. Google's own privacy policy applies to the form page.
Because the extension stores everything locally and sends nothing to Qwicktry, we have no user data to use. The only information we may hold is:
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose beyond responding to direct support requests.
Data stored locally on your device is entirely under your control. You can delete it at any time by clearing the extension's storage or uninstalling the extension.
We honour these rights for all users regardless of where you live:
You can request a copy of any information we hold about you. Since the extension stores everything locally and sends nothing to us, the only data we may hold is any support email correspondence you have had with us, or feedback form answers you chose to send.
You can delete all data the extension stores by uninstalling the extension or clearing Chrome's extension storage. For support emails, or feedback answers that include your email address, contact us and we will delete them.
If any information we hold is inaccurate, you can request that we correct it.
Email support@qwicktry.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe your request. We will respond within 30 days.
You have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca if you have concerns.
You have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information. Contact support@qwicktry.com to exercise your rights.
Apart from optional feedback form answers, Qwicktry holds no records for extension users.
Our extension is intended for use by Amazon associates who are adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use our extension or provide any information to us.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it immediately. To report a concern, contact support@qwicktry.com.
Our extension operates on the Amazon AtoZ website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. Amazon's own privacy policy applies to your use of their platform independently of our extension.
Our website or extension may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their individual privacy policies.
