1 Agreement to Terms

By installing or using the AtoZ Shift Helper Chrome extension ("the Extension") or the qwicktry.com website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension or the Site.

These Terms apply to all users of the Extension and the Site. By using the Extension, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2 Description of Service

AtoZ Shift Helper is a Chrome browser extension developed and operated by Qwicktry ("we", "us", "our"), a software tools business registered in Canada.

The Extension is a personal productivity tool that assists users with the Amazon AtoZ scheduling platform according to the user's own preferences. With your settings, it reads available shift opportunities and acts on your behalf — claiming Voluntary Extra Time (VET) / READY shifts, or accepting Voluntary Time Off (VTO). The Extension does not guarantee access to any specific opportunity, does not interact with Amazon systems beyond querying listings and submitting requests on your behalf, and operates entirely subject to your own actions and decisions.

Independent tool — not affiliated with Amazon Qwicktry and AtoZ Shift Helper are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The Amazon and AtoZ names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3 User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for your use of the Extension. By using the Extension, you agree to the following:

You will use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
You will not use the Extension in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with your employer's policies, workplace rules, and any agreement you have with Amazon as an employee or contractor
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Extension
You will not use the Extension to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data

Your responsibility Qwicktry is not responsible for any consequences — including but not limited to changes to your employment status, account restrictions, disciplinary action, or any other outcome — arising from your use of the Extension. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your employer's policies before using any third-party tools.

4 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qwicktry expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
Any warranty that the Extension will meet your requirements or be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Extension
Any warranty that the Extension will function correctly following updates to the Amazon AtoZ platform or Chrome browser

No guarantee of availability The Extension assists with filtering and automating shift and time-off requests. It does not guarantee that any particular shift or VTO will be available, accessible, or successfully added to your schedule. Availability is determined entirely by Amazon's systems and policies, which are outside Qwicktry's control.

5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qwicktry, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of income, employment, or opportunity
Loss of data or unauthorized access to data
Changes to your Amazon account, schedule, or employment status
Any damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the Extension's functionality
Any other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Extension

By using the Extension, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your use is entirely at your own risk and that you have sole responsibility for any damage or loss that may result.

6 Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at qwicktry.com/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. If you are located outside Canada, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts for any such disputes.
