By installing, activating, or using the AtoZ Shift Helper Chrome extension ("the Extension") or the qwicktry.com website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension or the Site.
These Terms apply to all users of the Extension and the Site. By using the Extension, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
AtoZ Shift Helper is a Chrome browser extension developed and operated by Qwicktry ("we", "us", "our"), a software tools business registered in Canada.
The Extension is a personal productivity tool that assists users in viewing and filtering shift listings on the Amazon AtoZ scheduling platform according to the user's own preferences. The Extension does not guarantee access to any specific shifts, does not interact with any Amazon systems on behalf of the user beyond displaying filtered results, and operates entirely subject to your own actions and decisions.
Upon payment and activation, Qwicktry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Each license key is bound to a single Amazon Employee ID on first use. You may not use the same license key with a different Employee ID. You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your license key to any other person.
Your license is valid for the period you have paid for. Access ends automatically when your license expires. There is no automatic renewal. It is your responsibility to renew your license if you wish to continue using the Extension.
We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, misuse the Extension, or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of any applicable law.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Extension. By using the Extension, you agree to the following:
The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qwicktry expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qwicktry, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall Qwicktry's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Extension exceed the amount you paid to Qwicktry in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
By using the Extension, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your use is entirely at your own risk and that you have sole responsibility for any damage or loss that may result.
License fees are agreed upon between you and Qwicktry prior to activation. Payment is due before your license key is issued. We accept payment through methods agreed upon at the time of purchase.
There is no automatic renewal. Your license expires at the end of the period you have paid for. You will not be charged again unless you explicitly request a renewal and make a new payment.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and activated. If you experience a technical issue with the Extension, contact us at support@qwicktry.com and we will work to resolve it.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at qwicktry.com/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. If you are located outside Canada, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts for any such disputes.
